Will not stay at this hotel again due to bad experience. Room and location wise is acceptable for the price but just pray that there will not be any exceptional issue if you choose to stay.
Hotel had some infrastructure issue on our departure day. Was stuck due to this, and hotel staff handled the situation poorly. Waited many hours before it was resolved, but was further delayed due to poor communication. Some staff were also not polite during the incident. Overall just very poor management of situation.

The parking it’s a nightmare. They have very limited space for the hotel guest so by the time I arrive there, they told me the car in front me it’s the last parking, so I have no choice but to park the car at open area then carry my kids under the rain to go to the hotel.

Love the view!
Eateries are nearby. City Square is 10 to 15mins walk.
However, the aircon is facing the bed which is not so ideal.
Overall we enjoyed our stay 😀

2d1n stay in JB, room size is bigger than expected. nothing much special other than this - standard hotel with standard facilities & amenities
